For Buyers

If you are purchasing multiple cards within one order, your gift cards may arrive at separate times depending on the seller and card type.

Electronic Gift Cards: Your eGift card purchase will be delivered electronically to your nafa.in account at the time of processing. Processing takes place within 24 hours after submitting the order, but may take up to 2 business days. You may retrieve your gift card's information from within My Orders.

*Buyers are responsible for entering their correct billing address and will be held liable for any misrepresentation of shipment information and related fees.

For Sellers

The shipment/delivery of all gift cards must be confirmed by Nafa before payment is released to the seller.

Electronic Gift Cards: If your gift card is listed as an eGift card, shipping is automatic- let?s Nafa a glass to that! As soon as the sale has been confirmed, it will automatically transfer from your listings to the buyer's nafa.in account.

*Should you misplace, use, or sell your gift card while it is listed on our marketplace, you must immediately remove the item, or you will be held liable for the list price and any associated fees. Please view our terms and conditions for more information.

Return Policy

Your experience on the Nafa marketplace is of utmost importance to us. If there was a material misrepresentation in your gift card purchase, we would like to make it up to you. All gift card transactions are covered by our 100% money back guarantee for 15 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Nafa guarantee.

The Nafa guarantee covers:

  • Gift cards that are not active
  • Gift cards with an inaccurate balance
  • Gift cards received as a different brand
  • Gift cards not received within 15 days from date of purchase

The Nafa guarantee does not cover:

  • Buyer's remorse/change of mind
  • Misinterpretation of delivery method/time
  • Misinterpretation of redemption method
  • Neglect to apply promo code before purchase
