Selling Gift Cards

How do I sell a gift card?

You can sell your gift card on the marketplace in just a few easy steps:
    1. Enter the name of the gift card's brand, serial number and PIN(If provided with gift card)
    2. Verify the gift card's balance and choose a selling price.
    3. Submit for balance and validity verification. Once verified, your gift card will be live for nafa members to buy.
Nafa Member Services verifies every seller and approves each gift card on our marketplace.

What gift cards do you accept?

We accept gift cards from any brand or retailer. If your gift card brand is not listed on nafa website please contact us at support@nafa.in

What's the recommended selling price?

Depending on the brand, gift cards sell the fastest when discounted better then the other listings, but the selling price is completely up to you. Please note, your listing price must be equal to or less than the current value of the card. When setting your price, please keep our selling fees in mind.

Can I adjust selling price after it has been set?

Yes, you can adjust the price at any time. The price you set is only final when the card is purchased, at which point the selling price is locked.

How can I list my physical gift card?

At the moment we do not support physical gift cards, but our team is working hard to make that happen as soon as possible.

What fees are associated with selling gift cards?

For each gift card sale, we take a flat 5% commission of the gift card selling price. You are only charged these selling fees when your gift card sells. If your gift card does not sell, you will not be charged.

What does "Sold - pending review" status means?

Sold - pending review Status means that an order for your Gift Card has been placed and nafa is verifying the gift card validity and balance before dispatching.

How long does it take to verify a new listing?

Most listings are verified within 24 hours. In some cases it might take upto 3 working days.

I wish to use the gift card I listed, what should I do?

If the gift card is not sold yet, please delete your listing from "My Listings" on nafa before using it.
If your Gift Card is already sold, please refrain from using it.

Are there marketplace rules?

You are held responsible for the full value of the gift card you have listed. While your gift card is listed on Nafa, do not use, sell, or transfer your gift card. You will be held liable for the transaction. If you no longer want to sell your gift card, simple remove the listing on your Listings page or be held responsible for the card's full value.

How do I get paid?

Once your gift card is sold, the sale amount (after deduction our fees) is made available for withdrawal. In the My Funds section of your Nafa Account, you can place the withdrawal request to deposit funds in your preferred payout destination.

Where can I withdraw my funds?

There are multiple options to receive funds:
    1. Bank account: Funds are transferred using NEFT/IMPS.
    2. UPI Account: Funds are transferred to your UPI virutal address submitted with us.
    3. Paytm Wallet: Funds are transferred to number associated with your paytm wallet.

How long does it take for the amount to credit?

Duration for fund transfer varies with the payout method selected, given as follows:
    1. Bank Transfer via NEFT/IMPS: Within 3 business days.
    2. Bank Transfer via UPI: Within 4 business days.
    3. Paytm Wallet: Within 5 business days.

My gift card was recently sold, but I am not able to place a withdrawal request?

Funds are made available for withdrawal after 24 hours of your gift card sale.

Is there a minimum limit on the payout amount?

No, there is no minimum limit on the payout amount.

Buying Gift Cards

How does buying discounted gift cards works?

Buying gift cards is like other online marketplaces. Sellers list their cards at a discounted price, and users purchase them at discounted prices.

Why do I see different pricing for the same gift cards?

Sellers can adjust the sale price as often as they'd like, so you may notice different prices at different times.

Are there fees associated with buying gift cards?

We do not charge sales tax, shipping costs, or processing fees. The total price you see is what you will pay for the card.

What does "instant" tag means?

Gift cards with Instant tag are delivered within couple of minutes after the order confirmation.

How long does it take to process my order?

Apart from Instant gift cards, orders are processed within 24 hours. In some rare cases there can be a delay of upto 48 hours.

Why have I only received partial order?

Each gift card from your order is delivered separately. if you have multiple gift cards in your order they will be delivered one by one.

Is there a limit on number of Gift Cards that can be purchased in one order?

No there is no limit on the number of gift cards you can purchase in one order

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your before it is delivered. Please revert back on order confirmation mail to cancel your order. However if the order was already processed by sellers it can not be cancelled.

What are the payment options available for purchasing the Gift Cards?

There are multiple payment options available:
    1. Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net Banking and UPI
    2. Freecharge wallet, Ola Money, Airtel Money, Oxygen Wallet, HDFC PayZapp, Paycash Card, YES pay wallet
    3. Bitcoin (More crytocurrencies coming soon ✌)

How do I buy Gift Cards using Bitcoins?

On payments page after checkout click on pay using Bitcoin option. You will be redirected to Unocoin gateway where you can simply send bitcoins as shown to the mentioned address/QR code.

I have paid using Bitcoins, but have not received confirmation mail?

We wait for 3 blockchain confirmations on the transaction before confirming the order once we receive required number of confirmation the order is placed successfully. If you see that your transaction on blockchain has got over 6 confirmations and you have still not received the order confirmation, please contact us at support@nafa.in with Order ID and transaction hash.
